Before I begin this guide, let me remind you of a basic law of e-commerce. Shipments must be made only by traceable means, they cannot be made through traditional channels such as the postal service. Be careful when you buy an item online and you are not given the track and trace of the courier.
STEP 1.
You should have received an email containing a shipping code. If the code starts with R3 then CLICK HERE in all other cases CLICK HERE
STEP 2 - If your code starts with R3.
Copy the tracking number you received in the email and keep it. At the end of this paragraph you will find the link to click to go to the courier site, but first I will explain what you need to do.
A window like the one you see below will open and you will have to paste the copied number in the box highlighted in yellow.
Click on the yellow arrow and your track will open, as in the picture below
