Before we start this guide, let me remind you of a Basic Law of E-Commerce. Shipments must be made only by traceable means, they cannot be made through traditional channels such as the post office. Be careful online when buying an item and you are not given the track and the name of the carrier.
STEP 1.
You must have received an email with a tracking number. If the code starts with R3 then CLICK HERE in all other cases CLICK HERE
STEP 2 - If your code starts with R3.
Copy the tracking code you received on the email and keep it. At the end of this paragraph you will find the link to click to go to the courier's website, but first I will explain what you need to do.
A window like the one you see below will open and you will have to paste the copied number into the box you see highlighted in yellow
Click on the yellow arrow and your track will open, as in the figure below
