The DCF180B are battery-powered photocells that can be adjusted up to 180° of the GIBIDI. This type of wireless photocell is used when the cable cannot be carried from either side of the gate.

Normally in cases like these, REFLEX photocells are used. But while the REFLEX photocells must be perfectly pointed in front of each other, the DCF180B cordless photocells for wireless gates can rotate internally up to 180° and therefore also be positioned obliquely to the gate.

Within the pair of photocells, only the receiver needs to be powered as a normal photocell, while the transmitter runs on batteries. Depending on the range required, the battery-operated swivel sensors can operate at full power or reduced power for 12 to 24 months.

They can also be installed on the GIBIDI columns for DCF180, i.e. the 180° adjustable photocells of the non-battery-powered GIBIDI.
