How to wirelessly connect automatic gate locks

The JCM RadioBand system is an essential device for controlling a contact that is distant from the control center and cannot be reached by wiring.

It consists of a transmitter (connected to the coast) and a receiver (near the control panel and then connected by wire to the one we have to control).

This system is useful, for example, to control:

- a sensitive edge on a sliding gate or swing gate

- a pedestrian door of a gate

- a pedestrian access on the mantle of a sectional garage door

THE TRANSMITTER

The transmitter is battery-powered and has an average lifespan of approximately 2 years. On the transmitter I can make an NC or full 8K connection; in the first case I will not comply with the legislation, while in the second case I will have a certified connection according to the EN12453 legislation.

THE RECEIVER

The receiver has 2 channels, and on each channel you can have up to 3 transmitters. It is powered by 12-24 V, alternating and continuous.

Both the transmitter and receiver can be placed outside thanks to their watertightness.
