Universal support that can be used with any motor that has a 10mm square pin. This support is very special and allows the roller shutter to be unlocked in case the motor fails with the curtain all up.
In fact, if the motor has a malfunction and the shutter is all up, to disassemble the motor with the normal supports, you will have to take the cover out of the box, because a normal motor (without unlocking maneuver) does not run without power. Using this pin, on the other hand, you will only have to remove the steel pin that prevents the rotation of the motor and the plastic insert inside the support will rotate allowing the sheet to unwind towards closure.
By using this support, maintenance operations will be extremely fast and easier.
