Control unit for swing gates (1 0 2 leaves) with 220V motor power supply. This PROTECO brand control unit was created for the control of the following automations: LEADER TI (220V), LEADER TA (220V), ADVANTAGE (220V), WHEELER (220V), SHARK (220V), TECHNO (220V), myASTER (220V).
But being a very sophisticated control panel and in any case simple to program thanks to the display, we offer this control panel as well as on the automations listed above, also as a universal control unit for 220V swing motors.
Having the regulation of the electronic force, this control unit can be installed indifferently on both electromechanical and hydraulic automatisms. In addition, the display allows you, in addition to programming, diagnostics of all inputs, as well as radio diagnostics and related motors.
For connections, the coloured terminal blocks will help you speed up this operation.
We recommend this control unit to all technicians who find themselves having to intervene on different types of systems, of different brands, for example when doing maintenance in condominiums. The Q80A allows you to solve the problem very quickly and ensure optimal operation of your customer's plant.
The Q80A is one of the few control panels that powers 220V operators to incorporate electronic shock detection and therefore to be able to adjust the anti-crush threshold. This allows you to upgrade old systems and make them even safer and more efficient.
Among the many functions of the control unit, we indicate some of the most used:
Electronic regulation of working times and deceleration
A radio receiver is also installed on the same board that can be used with proteco remote controls of the ANGIE series. If you still want to keep your customer's old remote controls, you can always install his radio board externally, or if it is not possible you can use our universal receiver.
The dimensions of the board are 137x84x37 mm.
The control unit is supplied without a containment box, if you need the latter, purchase the PAR04 product. The control unit is however equipped with the transformer as in the photo.
